Intellicold Safety Valve

Intellicold Safety valves are the best overpressure protection devices on pressure-bearing equipment, containers and pipelines. When the medium pressure rises above the allowable value, the safety valve automatically opens and then fully discharges to prevent further pressure increase. When the pressure drops to the specified value, the safety valve closes automatically in time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.
The valve cover of a closed safety valve is closed, which helps prevent dust and debris from entering and stops toxic and flammable media from overflowing. An open safety valve, with its valve cover open, helps lower the temperature of the spring chamber. It is suitable for steam medium pipelines and containers. Safety valves with radiators are suitable for working conditions where the medium temperature exceeds 350℃.
The spring-loaded safety valve with a wrench can be manually opened with a wrench when the medium pressure reaches more than 75% of the opening pressure (under the condition of ensuring safety). The opening height of the fully-lift safety valve is ≥1/4 of the flow channel diameter, with a large discharge capacity. The opening height of the micro-lift safety valve is 1/20-1/40 of the flow channel diameter.
