Intellicold screw refrigeration unit adopts twin-screw compressors and is equipped with high-efficiency shell and tube heat exchangers. Its cooling capacity ranges from 50 to 1500RT, with a maximum COP value of 6.2, meeting the national first-class energy efficiency standard. Supports single-machine or dual-machine parallel operation, with load adjustment from 15% to 100% steplessly. The low-temperature models can provide stable cooling at -15 ℃. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, it comes with an oil separator, oil filter and self-diagnosis function for faults. The operating noise is as low as 72dB (A), and the maintenance interval is up to 1.5 years. It is widely used in industrial cooling, commercial air conditioning, food cold chain and other scenarios, compatible with environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R410a, and has a short installation and commissioning period.
