Intellicold Gate Valve

Our company’s gate valves feature an integrated cast steel/stainless steel valve body (which can be replaced according to the actual material). Through precision casting and heat treatment processes, they have a pressure resistance rating of PN16-PN40 (adjustable parameters), and are suitable for a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 425℃. They can stably handle water, steam, oil products, and weakly corrosive media. The valve stem is chrome-plated and combined with the copper alloy valve seat to achieve bidirectional sealing. The leakage grade complies with the ANSI Class VI standard. The opening and closing torque is small and there is no jamming. It supports multiple drive methods including manual, electric and pneumatic, with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN600. All products have passed ISO9001 and API certifications, with a service life of over 20,000 cycles. It can meet the strict requirements of industrial systems such as petroleum, chemical, municipal water supply and drainage, and power, and supports customized solutions for special working conditions.
