Air Handling Unit（AHU）

Intellicold air handling unit adopts a double-layer insulated shell made of galvanized steel plate (insulation layer thickness 25-50mm), with an air leakage rate of ≤0.5%, conforming to the first-level standard of GB/T 14294. Equipped with high-efficiency air filters (primary, medium and high-efficiency options available, with a maximum filtration efficiency of up to 99.97%), hydrophilic aluminum foil heat exchangers and low-noise centrifugal fans, it can achieve full-function air treatment including cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification and purification. The air volume range is 500- 100,000 m³/h. The cooling and heating capacity can be customized as needed. It supports frequency conversion control and connection with the building automation system. The products are widely used in scenarios with strict requirements for air parameters such as electronic factories, hospital operating rooms, food workshops, and office buildings. All components have passed rigorous tests, operate stably and are easy to maintain.
